Shuixian is one of the most popular cultivars in Yancha. The leaves of Shuixian are slightly bigger than most yancha varieties and it is considered to have a soft and comfortable character combined with nice aromatics.
This tea is nicely balanced with the cultivar aromatics and character of Shuixian combined with the charcoal roasted notes typical of Yancha. The tea has a smooth mouth feeling and leaves a sweet and bright floral fragrance lingering in the aftertaste.
