Ceci n’est pas un tetsubin
This clay pot was handmade in Jingdezhen. The clay body allows it to be used on electric hot plate as well as charcoal. It is unglazed inside and excellent for boiling tea or water. It has a multiple hole filter and pours very well.
We tried our best to take pictures and is pretty similar the real pot reflects the light in a way that is difficult to capture. Almost making it look as if the pot is made of metal but is actually made of clay.
