Teaware

This teapot was handmade in Jingdezhen. The inside is dark unglazed clay and outside has white slip brushwork glazed in transparent glossy glaze. It has a mutliple hole filter to block leaves. The white slip might have some uneven parts on purpose, a style choice making each pot unique. The white slip with use might change color over time and might develop hairlines. Only using it will tell.
